The Role:
Located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic Finance team to support operations, this is a permanent position and is available for an immediate start. Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Accounts Receivable
* Data Entry/Processing
* Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
* Debt collection and Delinquent Debtor reporting
* Allocation of payments
* Processing credit card payments
* General office administration
To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing intermediate-level skills in utilising formulas, functions, formatting, sorting, and conducting V-lookups.
* Familiarity with JDE or other ERP systems would be advantageous.
* While not mandatory, prior experience in interpreting ABN/ACN/ASIC and PPSR data/registrations would be highly valued.
* A basic understanding of GST rules is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data.
* Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines.
* Exposure to a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment and experience with reconciliations would be advantageous.
