About Graduate Account Manager Role
We are seeking a talented Graduate Account Manager to join our team. This role will involve shaping the future of e-commerce in Australia by building relationships with diverse sellers and helping them maximize their success on Amazon.
As a Graduate Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Establishing strong partnerships with new and existing sellers from major brands to innovative small and medium-sized businesses.
* Helping sellers adopt optimal strategies and tools to maximize their growth on Amazon.
* Analyzing industry and Amazon internal data to identify opportunities and build recommendations to help sellers achieve their goals.
* Gathering and relaying seller feedback to internal teams to improve both seller and end-customer experiences.
* Implementing and tracking metrics to measure the success of sellers in your portfolio and uncover opportunities.
You'll participate in regular meetings to share insights and work together on innovative approaches to support our sellers.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales or account management, marketing, or consulting, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office products. Experience with SQL, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management systems is preferred.
All candidates will undergo an online assessment followed by virtual interviews focusing on Amazon's Leadership Principles.
