The Role
A digital marketing and brand management role critical to our growth trajectory. You'll run campaigns that generate qualified leads, progress opportunities through the funnel, and support smooth handover to delivery—while keeping clients engaged post-sale.
What you'll do
* Plan and execute digital campaigns for awareness and upsell opportunities (email, social, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn).
* Drive Web Store traffic; update website content (WordPress/Webflow).
* Update website & social media content using case studies & success stories.
* Manage LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads; track and optimise to convert to deals.
* Qualify and nurture inbound leads (incl. cold calling, referrals).
* Manage CRM for outbound opportunities (Odoo/HubSpot/Salesforce).
* Schedule demos, prep meetings, and coordinate delivery handover.
* Organise conference booths and event marketing.
What you'll bring – Mandatory Requirements
* 5+ years' B2B marketing and/or sales (tech/IoT/SaaS/cloud preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal English; strong presentation skills.
* Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress.
* CRM proficiency (Odoo/HubSpot/Salesforce).
* Highly organised, commercial, self-starter; comfortable with stakeholders.
Nice to have
* Knowledge of IoT, automation, asset management, data analytics, ML/AI.
* Experience with enterprise/government/technology organisations.
* Confident public speaker; media savvy.
