About the role
We are seeking experienced and dedicated HR Drivers to join our team at ROADMASTER REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT in Orange, NSW. As an HR Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company committed to excellence in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.
What you'll be doing
* Safely operating and maintaining refrigerated transport vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
* Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
* Monitoring vehicle performance and conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues
* Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods at pickup and delivery points
* Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
* Collaborating with the broader transport and logistics team to ensure seamless operations
What we're looking for
* A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence with a minimum of 3 years' experience in road transport
* Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years
* Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and a commitment to safe driving practices
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate any challenges on the road
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
* A team player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
* Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing
