Customer & Brand Coordinator

Location: Bondi Junction, full time, on-site
Pay range: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000
Start date: February/March 2026

Our global headquarters are located in Sweden, but you will be joining our small team located in Bondi Junction, Sydney.

About the role
We are looking for a driven and pro-active new team member to support and strengthen our presence in Australia. As our dedicated Customer & Brand Coordinator, you'll be the key contact point for customers and retailers while supporting sales, marketing, and day-to-day coordination. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, supporting retail partners, and being involved in marketing and brand activity. No two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

Customer experience & operations
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Process phone orders using Cin7
Liaise with our 3PL warehouse on dispatches, stock queries, and returns
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (phone and web)
Maintain and update retailer lists and records

Retail & brand support
Proactively connect with retail partners via outbound calls
Coordinate marketing materials and POS for customers
Support merchandising requests (quotes, pricing, ad hoc tasks)
Assist with trade shows and industry events
Manage Amazon seller central

Marketing & social media
Support social media activity with our global marketing team
Respond to comments, DMs, and engagement
Proofread and assist with short marketing copy and translations

Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of experience in office admin, customer service or sales role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy
Confident using Apple products (Macbook, iPhone)

Preferred skills
Experience in FMCG or natural health
Social media or basic design skills
Naturopathic or health-related qualification

Ideal candidate

We are looking for a person who is organised, people-focused, and confident communicating by phone, email, and online. You enjoy building relationships, take ownership of your work, and are comfortable juggling different tasks in a small team environment.
You're proactive, detail-oriented, and bring a positive attitude to what you do. An interest in health, wellness, or natural products is a strong plus.
