Property Management Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team.
* As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering property management services that meet sales and earnings targets. This involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities, conducting routine property inspections, managing debtors, preparing necessary documents, and collaborating with the team to explore new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation, hold a current driver's license, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be a team player who is enthusiastic and highly organized.
