We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Fleet Account / Sales Manager to join the Fleet Division of a leading global commercial vehicle importer. Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Fleet Manager, you will manage an established portfolio while driving new business growth across Corporate, Fleet Management Organisations (FMO) and Rental sectors.

This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with major fleet customers to deliver tailored commercial vehicle solutions, strengthen market presence, and grow share across key fleet buyer groups. With a strong pipeline of advanced products and technologies, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the organisation's fleet footprint.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow an established fleet customer base
* Drive new business across Corporate, Blue-Chip, SME, FMO and Rental sectors
* Identify and develop strategic fleet opportunities to increase market share
* Work closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to deliver fleet solutions
* Present whole-of-life commercial vehicle solutions to key decision makers
* Support tender submissions and national fleet agreements
* Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the national fleet strategy

About You

* Proven success in Fleet Sales within the Commercial Vehicles, Trucking or Transport industry
* Experience as a Fleet Sales Manager, OEM Fleet Manager or FMO Business Development Manager
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of truck applications and fleet requirements
* Strategic mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
* Excellent relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills
* Highly organised, self-motivated and commercially driven
* Heavy Vehicle Licence, highly regarded
