This is a mixed role across events, marketing and social media.
You'll work closely with management, vendors and external partners to plan events, create content, promote weekly schedules, and help grow attendance and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate weekly activations and events (run-sheets, timings, suppliers, bump-in/bump-out)
Liaise with vendors, performers, community groups and partners
Create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook (posts, stories, reels)
Write captions and promotional copy (events, vendor highlights, giveaways)
Assist with Meta Ads (boosting events, retargeting, promotions)
Manage influencer visits and collaborations (briefs, bookings, deliverables)
Coordinate signage/posters and basic designs (Canva)
Track performance (views, engagement, attendance) and improve week to week
This role requires you to regularly be on camera for content (Reels/TikToks/Stories) — including hosting/introductions, event hype videos, vendor spotlights, and speaking to camera.
Candidates should be willing to learn and develop their on-camera skills for regular content creation.
What We're Looking For
Experience in events, hospitality marketing, or social media/content (preferred)
Minimum 6 months experience in events, hospitality marketing, or social media/content is required.
Confident filming and editing short-form content
Strong understanding of what works on TikTok/IG (hooks, trends, storytelling)
Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple moving parts
Available to work some evenings/weekends (when events happen)
Evening and weekend work will be required approximately 1-2 times monthly when events are scheduled.
Bonus if you have:
Work rights in Australia required.
Driver's licence / car access preferred.
