We supply architects, builders and major commercial projects across Queensland and interstate. Our Bethania office and warehouse play a critical role in coordinating customer orders, managing stock movement, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and accurately.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
This is a key coordination role within our business, supporting both customer service and logistics operations.
You will be the link between our sales team, warehouse team, suppliers, transport providers and customers — ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries are scheduled correctly, and communication is clear at all stages.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaise with customers regarding delivery timeframes and stock availability
* Provide responsive support to inbound customer enquiries
* Coordinate with the sales team on project requirements
* Assist with project tracking and order follow-up
Logistics & Operations Coordination
* Schedule and coordinate freight and deliveries
* Liaise with transport providers to confirm bookings and delivery windows
* Work closely with the warehouse team to prioritise dispatches
* Monitor incoming stock and supplier delivery timeframes
* Track stock movements across locations
* Assist with resolving delivery issues or discrepancies
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
* Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
* Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Proactive and able to take ownership of their role
* Strong with systems and computer-based processes
Experience in construction materials, building products, warehousing, or logistics coordination will be highly regarded, but not essential.
