Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Receptionist to work at the front desk of our medical clinic. In this role, you will assist patients and other visitors with their queries.
* Greet and check in patients.
* Answer patient inquiries.
* Collect patient co-pays and process paperwork.
* Schedule appointments.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
1. Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception waiting area and consulting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and well-maintained.
2. Patient Communication: Greet patients professionally, answer queries, and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Administrative Tasks: Process paperwork, collect payments, and maintain accurate records.
4. Teamwork: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
* Experience with medical software (e.g. BEST PRACTICE MEDICAL DIRECTOR).
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* At least 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist in a medical practice.
