The Royal Mail Hotel are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual or couple to take on the managerial role at our busy hotel/motel, located in Meekatharra WA 6642.
As the on-site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations, balancing administrative tasks with hands-on responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s operations, including bar, food service, and accommodation
- Ensure full compliance with all Liquor Act regulations and licensing requirements
- Manage staff, including rostering and team coordination
- Lead bar and food service operations, including TAB facilities
- Provide support across all areas during peak periods
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and customer service
- Offer leadership, support, and guidance to team members
- Adapt to variable working hours, including evenings, weekends, and event periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills to engage with both staff and guests effectively
- Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- RSA Certificate
- Approved Manager Certificate or willing to obtain one
- TAB Compliance Certificate or willing to obtain one
