About the role:
We currently have a full time position available for a reliable, flexible and customer service officer to join the Freight team in Alice Springs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating freight distribution for the region
* Loading and unloading freight from coaches and trailers, involving repetitive manual handling
* Ensure compliance with all Greyhound policies taking particular note of Freight restrictions and guidelines
* Processing quotes, bookings and payments for freight consignments
* Providing customer service of a high standard
* Responding to enquires at the freight counter and over the phone
* Maintain the delivery of inbound and outbound Australia Post volumes
* Maintaining computerised records for administration purposes
* Providing general support to the team

* The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
