Fixed term until 30 June ****. Attractive VPS 5 salary between $113,022 - $136,747 + superannuation.
About This Role
Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) Emergency Management supports the emergency management sector, delivering safer communities and recovery after an emergency.
What This Unit Does
Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV) coordinates state and regional emergency recovery, working with communities, governments, agencies and industry to deliver support.
Role Overview
Senior Grants Delivery Officer is a critical delivery role in ERV, responsible for managing $35 million Community Recovery and Resilience Grants Initiative (CRRGI), joint Commonwealth and State funding for projects impacted by the ******* Victorian Bushfires.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and end-to-end management of CRRGI funded grant programs to deliver on program outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
Develop key program documentation, templates, and tools, and processes for timely delivery of accurate high-quality reports and data related to CRRGI funded grant programs and projects.
Provide high-quality advice and support to stakeholders on matters associated with grants and funding administration, including reporting on grant progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
Demonstrated experience in grant management processes.
Experience in the design and/or delivery of government grant and funding programs is desirable.
Understanding of the processes and levers that apply to government is desirable.
