Join our supportive and dedicated Children, Youth and Families team, providing vital administrative support that helps deliver services to vulnerable children, young people, and families in our community. Based at our Ashmore office and at times you may be required to travel to our Daisy Hill Site, you will work closely with service managers and frontline teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

What You\'ll Do
* Provide administrative support including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation
* Manage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing and financial documentation
* Maintain and secure office files and records
* Support scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting processes within relevant systems
Please note this role requires occasional travel to our site at Daisy Hill.
About You
* Certificate III in Business (or equivalent)
* Minimum two years\' experience in administration, secretarial or clerical roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* Well-developed organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Current driver\'s licence is essential
* Ability to obtain (or hold) a National Police Check, Working with Children Blue Card, and LCS Check (where required)
You must be available to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday with flexibility around an additional day if required.

The salary range for this position is currently $28.96 to $30.94 per hour, based on experience.
