About the role
We are seeking experienced Fixed Plant/Process Operators eager to contribute to a world-class organization focused on innovation and sustainability.
You will be part of a collaborative team, supported by leaders to grow and achieve personal and team goals. You will work a flexible 8/6 or 7/7 roster, allowing for more time for personal pursuits.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Plant Operations, you will:
* Operate, inspect, and maintain dry/wet plants, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
* Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
* Carry out basic fault finding and diagnosis, troubleshooting issues efficiently.
* Work individually or in teams, contributing to daily targets and achieving operational excellence.
* Conduct routine activities to ensure safe and reliable operation of assets, minimizing downtime.
* Perform manual handling for basic maintenance and inspections, following established protocols.
* Monitor equipment, clean, hose, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the field, driving process optimization.
* Operate mobile plant equipment as required, adhering to safety guidelines.
* Work autonomously to monitor processes safely and effectively, making informed decisions.
