Lead and inspire our housing support team by managing waitlists, guiding case managers, and ensuring quality service delivery in homelessness programs across Southwest Metro and Peel. As a Senior Housing Case Manager you will:
* Manage waitlist for the programs in consultation with the Service Support Officer and Housing Coordinator
* Provide operational leadership to Housing Case Managers
* Support with recruitment and staff selection, training, induction, performance management
* Provide client-focused reflective practice consultations and supervision to Housing Case Managers
* Contributing to reports and grant/funding applications
This is a part time (0.9FTE, 9-day fortnight) permanent role based in Rockingham.
About You
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
* Demonstrated case management experience
* Strong understanding of housing systems, tenancy management, and related issues such as mental health, AOD and FDV
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support staff while ensuring trauma-informed, client-centred, and high-quality service delivery
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively across agencies and sectors.
* Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in high-pressure, evolving environments.
Desirable
* Knowledge and experience with the Advance to Zero approach and data-driven methods to reduce homelessness
* Tertiary qualifications in community services, social work, or a related field
* Experience working within Housing First, homelessness, or tenancy support programs.
* Ability to contribute to program development, continuous improvement, and systems change initiatives.
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Working with Children Card and a WA Drivers Licence. You will also need to access to a reliable vehicle with mileage being reimbursed.

* Salary from $99,469 per annum pro rata + 12% superannuation
* Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
