Job Description How you'll make a difference
* Lead the delivery and coordination of transport, highway infrastructure and civil projects including concept to detailed design and construction phase services.
* Oversee multidisciplinary coordination across civil, drainage, utilities, and transport engineering teams.
* Ensure project milestones, technical standards, and delivery timelines are achieved effectively.
* Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, and guidance to project teams.
* Support strategic planning and delivery for cross business team needs including energy, water, defence and others.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in transport infrastructure, highways, civil, or utilities projects.
* Proven ability to lead technical delivery and manage complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, whilst adapting to the needs of clients and stakeholders.
* Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and leadership capabilities, with an adaptive and collaborative approach, effective communication, and strong problem‐solving skills.
* Construction delivery knowledge and understanding.
* Knowledge of ITS design.
* Advanced knowledge of engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, 12d, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D.
