Senior Client Executive
The Senior Client Executive will join our FUJIFILM Consulting and Advisory team in Sydney, New South Wales and report to the GM of Consulting and Advisory. The role focuses on securing net new business with prospective customers and recommending tailored solutions across Automation and AI, Security and Managed Services.
Your responsibilities include:
* Meeting with prospective customers to conduct in-depth assessments of their IT environment, business challenges, and digital transformation objectives to identify opportunities.
* Analysing existing systems and workflows to develop customised IT solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to design solution proposals.
* Providing high‐level advisory on digital transformation initiatives, including data analytics, cloud migration, process automation, and emerging technologies.
* Presenting technical recommendations, focusing on how solutions can drive business outcomes, cost savings, and process optimisation.
* Developing strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders, positioning the organization as a strategic partner.
Your qualifications and skills should include:
* Proven experience in IT Consulting, solutions architecture, presales or digital transformation advisory.
* Strong understanding of managed IT services, including networking, cloud infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity, supported by tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science or Business.
* Ability to assess and recommend digital transformation initiatives such as data analytics, cloud migration, and business process automation.
* In‐depth sales and consulting experience in acquiring net new business.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business‐centric language with a consultative approach.
* Proven ability to assess client needs, analyse IT environments, and develop tailored solutions that drive business value.
* Superior stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills, with experience influencing senior decision‐makers and aligning solutions to business goals.
