We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise the logistics operations within the retail industry.

Description
* Oversee and manage all fulfilment and logistics operations within the retail environment.
* Manage 3 teams across staggered shifts 6am - 10pm
* This candidate must be available to work 2 weekends of each month and be flexible on start and finish times within 6am - 10pm
* Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
* Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment to meet customer expectations.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
* Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
* Analyse and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to align fulfilment operations with overall business goals.
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
* Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management within the retail industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
