About The Role
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely, on-budget, and quality delivery of services. They will act as the main point of contact for all service coordination tasks, schedule and dispatch internal tradespeople and subcontractors according to project timelines, and monitor and track service progress.
The Service Coordinator must possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and budgets, excellent communication and collaboration skills with subcontractors and internal teams, and effective problem-solving skills focused on timely issue resolution.
A trade qualification in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical discipline, along with 3–5 years' experience coordinating service works and strong knowledge of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and compliance requirements are also essential for this position.
