Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate strong media relationships, working closely with journalists and industry influencers to secure strategic coverage.
* Provide counsel on reputation management and proactive media opportunities, ensuring timely and effective responses.
* Collaborate with practice group leaders to create tailored profiling strategies that enhance our firm's visibility.
* Maintain strong connections with external advisors, ensuring seamless communication and rapid response times.
* Monitor media impact and brand perception, utilizing data-driven insights to inform future communications efforts.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in public relations or communications, preferably within a professional services environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior executives, showcasing confidence, professionalism, and strong influencing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working alongside a PR agency is highly desirable, but not essential. Strong relationships-building skills are paramount.
