Job Description
As a skilled employment lawyer, you will provide strategic advice to individuals and businesses across various aspects of employment law.
You will be responsible for advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance issues, as well as representing clients in unfair dismissal, general protections, and discrimination claims.
Additionally, you will handle disputes before the Fair Work Commission, courts, and tribunals, and assist with workplace investigations and provide strategic risk management advice.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years post-admission experience in employment law, workplace relations, or commercial litigation is required.
* Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with attention to detail, are essential.
* Ability to manage files and communicate effectively with clients is necessary.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn are highly valued.
