Our 2-year Graduate Program: Is a permanent offer of employmentOver 90% of Grad roles rotate within our diverse businessMost roles offer at least 1 elective rotation, where Grads nominate where they would like to gain experience within the businessProvides a strong support network (Grads, Managers, Grad Support Team, Career Coach and Buddy)Offers tailored learning sessions specifically designed for GradsUnlocks access to Stockland's wider Learning and DevelopmentopportunitiesPartnering Grads to our Senior Leaders, (a unique advantage of the Graduate Program)Includes support in securing the next best role after the Graduate ProgramThis Role: Commencing in February 2026, as a Project Management Graduate, throughout your two years, you will work with Stockland's various Project Management teams who are responsible for delivering high quality projects on time, within budget and scope, across our Communities and Commercial Property businesses. You will have four, six-month rotations within Stockland's Project Management departments, three are pre-determined through the Project Management Build, Civil and Infrastructure, and Sustainability teams and one rotation to be selected by you, with the help and support of your Career Coach. This will help you gain a broad overview of the function and its responsibility in ensuring the organisations success and help you decide where you would like to look for your next career step, after the Graduate program finishes.
Responsibilities are varied; however, you'll support the team to: Scope, design and deliver projects in accordance with the Stockland development process. This includes working across design and cost management, control, monitoring and reporting, and procurement, as well as other areasContribute to maximising profitability, information exchange and business outcomesProvide support to ensure schedule, revenue and cost objectives are metDevelop and reviewing Stakeholder Engagement Plan(s)Monitor contractor activity to better understand market influencesActively engaging in Stockland's sustainability programs and support the delivery of a community and environmental shared value propositionWhat we're looking for: Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.Completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date (February 2026).Diversity in thought, skills, experiences, and cultural backgrounds; our diversity allows us to better serve our communities.Graduates with a broad range of degree disciplines – you don't have to have studied property to work with us, we're proud to consider candidates from any degree background People who are inspired, motivated, passionate, respectful of others, and keen to make a meaningful impact through their work.Next Steps: Register your interest in our 2026 Graduate Program to be notified when applications open!
