Our client, a growing family-owned company located in Warwick, QLD, is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their team, to help expand the business line of agricultural supplementary feeding products.
The company mission is to provide high-quality, science-based solutions that improve the health and productivity of animal production systems and help producers maximise their profits.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships across Queensland and northern Recent South Wales. You will oversee and work closely with our business partners to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Manage customer relationships, including regular visits to existing customers and identifying new customer prospects.
Manage our marketing strategy to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and improve our product offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service, including prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales management in the agriculture industry, (preferably in the animal nutrition segment, however not essential).
Strong understanding of animal nutrition and livestock production practices.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
