The Role
We're looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our Digital Growth and Operations team and help us create intuitive, impactful, and accessible digital experiences. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Senior UX Designer and key business stakeholders to transform complex challenges into simple, human-centred design solutions.

Who Are We?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members, covering the lives of over 500,000 teachers, education staff, and their families.
What you'll do?
 * Design beautiful, consistent, and accessible interfaces across our digital platforms.
 * Lead the development and evolution of our global design system.
 * Turn research, insights, and analytics into data-driven design decisions.
 * Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
 * Champion usability testing and user research to continuously improve experiences.
 * Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.
 * Keep up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring our design practice stays modern and effective.
What you'll bring:
 * 6+ years of UI and/or digital product design experience.
 * A portfolio showcasing strong digital experience design (across web and mobile).
 * Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, UXPin, or similar.
 * Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centred design best practice.
 * Ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly.
 * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
 * Experience developing or contributing to a design system.
