We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Generalist to support our Australian and New Zealand businesses. In this role, you'll work within a matrix structure, reporting directly to the Regional HR VP for Asia Pacific and the Managing Director for the ANZ region. You'll also have the support of an international HR Services team and collaborate with your HR colleagues in the Asia Pacific Region.
Your Impact
As HR Manager ANZ, you will play a key role in shaping our people and culture strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coaching & Guiding Managers – Equip leaders with the skills to lead, develop and support their teams.
* Employee Relations & Performance Management – Provide expert advice to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
* Workplace Safety & Compliance – Oversee workers' compensation and safety administration and return-to-work programs.
* End-to-End Recruitment – Attract and retain top talent to support business growth.
* HR Policy & Compliance – Develop and refine policies, contracts, and HR procedures.
* Strategic HR Projects – Lead key initiatives that drive engagement, capability, and culture.
* HR Administration & Payroll Oversight – Ensure smooth HR operations with attention to detail and compliance.
* Culture & Engagement – Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and people-first culture.
What You Bring
We're looking for a hands-on, adaptable HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* 7+ years of HR experience, ideally within an industrial or blue-collar sector.
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* HRIS experience (Workday or similar)
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience in leadership and coaching skills.
* The ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on HR operations.
