A day in the life
* Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 15 team members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaising with your stock allocator, working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels across the store to maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.
About You
* Demonstrated leadership experience, leading from the front, empowering the team and embodying a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* Customer‐first mindset, strong fundamentals and a serious approach to retail.
* Similar experience in a retail or hospitality role – though attitude over experience is valued at Ghanda.
