Retail Banking Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Work on projects ranging from 2-6 weeks duration with small teams under senior management guidance.
* Participate in insights generation through stakeholder interviews, customer research, and desk research.
* Assess commercial opportunities through multiple lenses.
* Synthesize insights into findings using mixed media reports, videos, and journey maps.
* Plan and facilitate ideation sessions and workshops.
* Contribute ideas and collaborate to develop concepts.
* Support prototype development and testing.
* Craft hypotheses and success metrics to evaluate concepts.
Required Skills:
* Demonstrated experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to address complex problems with guidance.
* Structured problem-solving capability and hypothesis-led thinking.
* Interest in the Australian Retail Banking industry.
* Tertiary education in business, economics, science, engineering, law, or similar fields.
