About the role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing supplier documentation, maintaining ERP data, and ensuring smooth coordination between production, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
* Managing supplier statements, reconciliations, and payment queries
* Raising and tracking purchase orders (consumables & raw materials)
* Monitoring raw material usage and planning stock levels to avoid production delays
* Maintaining service and maintenance schedules for equipment
* Handling supplier enquiries and resolving discrepancies
* Sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
* Data entry and reconciliation within ERP system (Sage)
* Managing 3PL stock receivals and dispatch, including invoicing and documentation
* Preparing and processing manufacturing paperwork in Sage
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Administration
* Exposure to purchasing and supplier coordination
* Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Sage highly regarded)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
