As a Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of delivering multi‐stage subdivision and land development projects across Queensland's fastest‐growing regions. You'll lead project planning, execution, and delivery while working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure every stage runs smoothly, safely, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities :
Deliver multi‐stage subdivision projects from planning to handoverManage programs, budgets, and construction methodologiesLead site teams and coordinate subcontractorsMaintain strong relationships with clients, councils, and consultantsOversee safety, quality, and compliance across all worksReview designs, approvals, and technical documentationMonitor progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on trackPrepare reports, forecasts, and project documentation
Requirements
Key Requirements :
Proven experience delivering civil subdivision or land development projectsStrong understanding of earthworks, services, roads, drainage, and bulk civil constructionAbility to manage programs, budgets, subcontractors, and site teamsSolid commercial acumen with experience in cost control and variationsStrong communication and stakeholder‐management skillsAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentsCommitment to safety, quality, and complianceProblem‐solving mindset with the ability to make confident decisionsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or similarWillingness to relocate to Queensland for a long‐term career move
