An exciting career opportunity is now available for a full-time _(Monday to Friday)_ Receptionist/Administration Whiz to work in this progressive and well-established Real Estate Agency located in Frankston. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail and real estate experience.
You will work alongside an exceptional team. Your day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Reception duties which include answering phones and greeting clients when they come into our office
- Maintenance of our extensive Database
- Preparing property proposals, co-ordinating listing and sales files including managing the marketing of our residential sales listings
- Administrative support as required by the Office Manager and Director
- General office duties as instructed
**Key Requirements;**
- Real Estate Industry Experience required (1-2 years minimum)
- Agent's Representative Certificate preferred
- Agentbox experience preferred or similar customer relationship management software
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and work independently
**About You**
- Corporate office presentation imperative
- Genuine interest and experience in the real estate industry
- Looking to progress in the industry
- Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
