About the Position This is a fantastic opportunity to become a leader within PRP Diagnostic Imaging at one of our busiest sites, that recently undergone a major refurishment and upgrade.
Our Dubbo practice offers a wide range of imaging services including CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and X-Ray.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team that provides professional, patient-focused diagnostic imaging services.
You will also play an active role in managing patients within the practice and developing strong relationships with our Doctors, practice leaders and the broader technical team to ensure that the practice runs smoothly to maximise bookings and revenue.
You will assist with referrer enquiries and identify opportunities to improve processes and act as the escalation point for issues.
PRP is a rapidly growing organisation which will give you opportunities to grow and develop your leadership skills in the future.
About You You will be a current Chief or Senior Radiographer, who is looking for an opportunity to lead a dedicated professional team in a comprehensive, multi-modality imaging practice.
You must be technically proficient across all imaging modalities and have strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of creating high-performing teams that provide excellent patient care.
You will have great coaching skills with the ability to mentor graduates to senior technologists.
You must have outstanding stakeholder management skills coupled with great commercial awareness.
