The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is seeking two experienced, hands‐on Bar Managers to lead our venues, Otherside Brew Lounge and The Social, at Perth Airport. This is a high‐profile leadership role suited to confident bar professionals who thrive in fast‐paced, high‐volume environments and take pride in running exceptional bars. You'll have end‐to‐end ownership of your venue – from people and product to performance and guest experience.
As Bar Manager, you'll set the standard on the floor, build a strong bar culture, and lead from the front while delivering outstanding results in one of Australia's busiest airport precincts.

What will you do?
* Lead and oversee the venue's day‐to‐day operations with a strong on‐floor presence
* Set and maintain high standards across bar service, beverage quality and presentation
* Maintain accurate financial records and reports to support operational decision‐making
* Drive sales performance through product knowledge, upselling and premium guest experiences
* Manage stock control, ordering, wastage and inventory to protect margin
* Recruit, train, mentor and develop a high‐performing bar team
* Create and manage staff rosters to balance labour efficiency and team wellbeing
* Resolve employee issues professionally and in a timely manner
* Build strong guest relationships and deliver consistently exceptional service
* Ensure compliance with OH&S, Responsible Service of Alcohol and food safety standards

* Bar management experience in a fast‐paced environment
* Approved Managers Card
* Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
* Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest‐focused, energetic and self‐motivated approach
* Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities
* Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
