Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Instructional Designer based in Mangalore, TAS. The Senior Instructional Designer will design, develop, and evaluate instructional materials and learning experiences for various audiences. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating course content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and integrating innovative instructional design methodologies to optimize learning outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning content creation
* Strong skills in educational technology tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia authoring tools
* Ability to analyze instructional needs and align content with organizational goals
* Experience in conducting research, developing content frameworks, and adhering to instructional design standards
* Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
* Knowledge of adult learning theories and application of instructional design principles
* Experience working in BPO, KPO, or relevant industries is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

for project planning, execution, and evaluation.
* Gather and integrate
feedback and learner data
to refine learning materials.
* Handle
multiple projects simultaneously
