About the Opportunity A leading Australian enterprise retail brand is undergoing a major digital-first omni-channel expansion and systems modernization. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior QA / Test Analyst to spearhead the end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression verification of their core backend infrastructure. This is a premier contract position for a true integration specialist who thrives on navigating complex data routing, enterprise order pipelines, and high-volume transaction frameworks within a fast-paced Agile delivery environment. Key Responsibilities End-to-End SIT Execution: Own and drive complex integration test cycles, validating data flow accuracy between premium digital storefronts and core backend networks. Order Flow & Fulfillment Testing: Map, design, and execute test cases for critical business processes, including Order Management Systems (OMS), cross-platform inventory allocation, and multi-channel fulfillment/Click & Collect routing. Payments & Loyalty Validation: Lead edge-case testing for advanced checkout flows, covering complex promo codes, gift card logic, and third-party payment integrations (Credit, BNPL). API Testing: Perform deep functional validation of backend services and distributed microservices layers to isolate defects before frontend UI releases. Agile Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Amigos, Refinements), collaborating closely with Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure complete requirement traceability. Your Profile To step into this environment and hit the ground running from Day 1, you will bring: Enterprise Retail Pedigree: 5 years of dedicated QA experience within large-scale retail, eCommerce, or complex omni-channel customer loyalty programs. Mastery of Integration Testing: Proven experience conducting heavy backend SIT and data mapping across intersecting cloud platforms, CMS, or ERP systems. OMS Layer Knowledge: Strong exposure to core Order Management Systems (such as IBM Sterling, Manhattan, or similar enterprise order routing engines). Technical Tooling: Exceptional hands-on proficiency with Postman for API testing, alongside daily operational expertise in Jira (preferably utilized with Xray, Zephyr, or qTest for test lifecycle tracking).
