Cottee Parker Architects is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
As Bid Coordinator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality submissions and supporting the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives.
You'll work closely with the Marketing & Submissions Manager and the broader team to ensure our proposals, campaigns, and communications reflect the excellence of our architectural practice.
Key Responsibilities
Bid & Submission Coordination: manage the preparation and delivery of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interest, and complex tenders.
Maintain the Opportunities Register and monitor tender portals and correspondence.
Coordinate project folders and team setup for new bids.
Continuously improve templates and proposal collateral, including maintaining the "tender toolbox."
Deliver communication tools for submissions, including print and digital assets, photography, and film.
Provide design services and develop industry-leading communication solutions for bids and tenders.
Marketing Support: assist in the production of marketing and communications collateral across print and digital platforms.
Support social media content creation and distribution.
Contribute to eDM campaigns and monitor performance.
Assist with website updates and digital asset management.
Draft project narratives, staff CVs, and other marketing content.
Coordinate photography and supplier engagement in line with budget.
Support the adoption and use of marketing tools such as PandaDoc and Monday.com.
Ensure all materials align with corporate brand guidelines.
General: collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes. Mentor and support junior team members. Uphold CPA's systems, standards, and processes.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications in a design, marketing or communications-related discipline (or relevant experience).
3+ years' experience in bid / tender coordination and marketing support.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, and marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, PandaDoc).
Monday.com CRM experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
