Overview
We're looking for a skilled and passionate pastry cook to join our croissant bakehouse team. This role focuses on producing high-quality croissants and pastries with precision and care.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake croissants and pastries to recipe standards.
* Maintain product consistency and high quality.
* Collaborate on production planning and inventory.
* Keep a clean, food-safe work environment.
* Contribute ideas for current pastries and seasonal items.
* Assist with packaging and presentation for retail/wholesale.
Qualifications
* Experience with laminated doughs and classic pastry techniques.
* Solid knowledge of baking ingredients, tools, and methods.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
* Commitment to food safety and sanitation.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Experience: Croissant Lamination – 2 years (Preferred); sourdough bread – 1 year (Preferred).

* Pay: From $63,000.00 per year
* Work Location: In person
