* Salary: Admin Grade 4 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual with communication and management skills to lead a cohort of ED clerks. The ED Clerical Coordinator will be responsible for providing management, coordination, support and guidance to the ED clerks. They will also be responsible for governing performance and KPIs. The successful applicant will work closely with fellow ED Clerical Coordinators, Clerical Allocators, Ward Clerk Coordinators, Manager and Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities:

* Monitoring team performance and adherence to KPIs and organizational policies and procedures
* Rostering and leave management
* Support and leadership of team through change

About you:

* Enjoy working as part of team in a fast‐paced environment that needs to respond quickly and efficiently to demand
* Demonstrated ability to multi‐task and prioritise duties, work under pressure and ability to adapt and be flexible to change
* Experience leading or managing a team
* Have clear and effective communication skills
* Preferred candidates will have knowledge of the health care industry, in particular workflows in Emergency Departments, reporting requirements and enterprise agreements
