This is a vital position that requires a coordinator to lead a team in delivering immediate housing solutions to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
* Supporting clients with financial resilience education, long-term housing planning, and providing pathways for young people at risk of homelessness to reconnect with family and community are key aspects of the job.
A dedicated Coordinator will oversee service delivery, workloads, and rosters, ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets organisational standards and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and mentoring a team of Case Workers and Associate Case Workers
* Coordinating service delivery, including case management and support services
* Overseeing reporting, evaluation, and compliance
* Building strong partnerships with stakeholders and the community
* Representing the program as a trusted leader in housing and homelessness support
