What this opportunity involves
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of a portfolio of commercial assets.
A snapshot of the role
* Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise site performance
* Manage Opex and Capex budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures
* Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative and corrective maintenance programmes
* Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using JLL's Prism system
* Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
* Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
* Oversee tenant move‐ins, fit‐outs, and move‐outs
* Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Before you apply it's worth knowing what we are looking for
* Extensive experience in commercial property management (office / industrial)
* Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strategic thinking and problem‐solving capabilities
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* In‐depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Crisis management and conflict‐resolution skills
