Drillers Offsider (Assistant) | FIFO from Perth | Experienced Roles
We are recruiting Drillers Offsiders across all levels, from experienced Offsiders to trainees.
We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals that are ready for long term career opportunities in the drilling industry.
We have positions starting immediately with your choice of full-time or casual contracts.
If successful you can expect:
2 : 1 FIFO roster from Perth, WA with manageable and consistent swings
Your choice of full-time or casual contracts with hourly rates from $40-$
Comfortable accommodation
Assistance with your Cert II / III

To be considered you must have and provide:
At least 6 months' experience as a Driller's Offsider, or proven industry experience that is directly transferable to drilling operations
Currently residing in Perth
Hold the following tickets:
HR-B Licence
HR-A willing to upgrade to HR-B
4WD or willingness to obtain
First Aid or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Clean Police Record from within the last 3 months
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
A solid commitment to safety
Mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet are essential.
Be physically fit and willing to put in the hard manual labour required of an offsider.
Serious physical fitness is a must to succeed in Offsiding; this role involves extensive manual labour, confined spaces, dust and other environmental challenges.
