Role Description
You will provide technical support across internal operations, customer sites, and field technician activities, playing a key role in keeping systems, devices, and platforms running reliably.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues; administering and maintaining IT infrastructure; supporting network security; modifying, testing, and supporting custom firmware; and carrying out upgrades, configuration, and routine maintenance. You will also provide on-site customer support and work closely with our technicians to assist with installation, setup, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving in the field.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who can work across both internal IT and customer‐facing technical support, while helping deliver reliable outcomes for the business and our customers.
This is not a standard help‐desk role. You'll work across technical support, firmware integration, hardware deployment, internal IT, and platform support, while working closely with our IT Manager.

What we're looking for
* Experience in technical support and systems troubleshooting
* Exposure to embedded systems, firmware, or OS‐level support
* Coding or scripting capability
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities

* IT qualifications or certifications
* Experience with cameras, networking devices, DVRs, MDVRs, or similar hardware
