Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated registered nurses and clinical nurses to join our team and provide high-quality nursing services in community health settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing services to patients
* Develop from a novice to a proficient practitioner through ongoing learning and experience
* Take accountability for your own standards of care and the delegation of duties to others
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN/M1):
* Registered or eligible for registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate
Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C):
* Registered or eligible for registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate
* Registered nurse with at least 3 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience
* Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel
* Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice
* Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses
