Hourly Rate: $33.19 | Minimum 25 hours/week | Potential for Full-Time

Your Role: As a Retail Assistant, you'll be the face of our store
providing friendly, knowledgeable service, conducting water testing, recommending pool and spa solutions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well presented retail space.
What You'll Bring:
* A positive attitude and strong energy that lifts the team
* Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
* Confidence in using POS systems and handling transactions
* Willingness to learn about pool and spa products (training provided)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work weekends or flexible hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service and technical advice
* Support sales growth through product recommendations and promotions
* Maintain store presentation and assist with stock control
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment
