The opportunity with us as Software Developer
Driven by recent success and growth, we are looking for a
Digital Solutions Consultant
to join our high-performing Digital Delivery Team. You may choose to be based in our
Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide office
for this role.
Reporting to the
General Manager, Digital Solutions
, the role gives you the opportunity to be hands on with consulting and interaction with Woolpert clients, both on site and from the office. This is a technical and consultative position where you'll work within the wider Digital Solutions team to ensure delivery of quality solutions, on time and on budget for Woolpert customers.
As a Digital Solutions Consultant at Woolpert, you will be:
* Performing deployment, configuration, and support of VertiGIS suite of products (Geocortex/VertiGIS Studio)
* Configuring and supporting ESRI suite of server & desktop products & applications consulting.
* Performing application testing and quality assurance on a project-by-project basis.
* Conducting performance tuning, improvement, usability testing, automation.
* Performing server/network administration and troubleshooting.
* Traveling as required.
We're looking for someone who has:
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in relevant discipline; computing science, software engineering or geomatics sciences.
* 3+ years of experience/exposure in GIS or Spatial related commercial roles.
* 3+ years of experience in Database and Cloud services.
* Considerable experience with at least one of the following ESRI technologies: ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro Desktop, ArcGIS Online.
* Proven ability to be self-sufficient and work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Substantial experience in Enterprise IT environments, in particular Windows Server and Microsoft IIS applications.
* A solid understanding of Web service technologies and Web GIS in particular.
