Our client is a multi-disciplinary accounting and advisory practice specialising in advising doctors, dentists, allied health professionals, self-managed superannuation funds, SMEs and high-net-worth family groups. The firm operates from a modern office in the Bayside area and has a team of 7 staff, supported by 15 outsourced team members (Vietnam based) who complete the majority of bookkeeping and tax compliance work.
The local team focuses on client relationships, reviewing work and providing advisory support, creating an efficient and collaborative working structure. The practice operates in a fully cloud-based environment, with all clients on Xero and internal workflow managed through Xero Practice Manager (XPM).

Responsibilities
Work closely with Managers and Directors to service a growing client portfolio. The role will be client‐centric and also involve reviewing the work of the junior team. There is genuine progression available into a leadership role.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' Business Services experience
* Completion (or near completion) of CA/CPA qualifications
* Experience with clients across a variety of entity‐types and industries; experience with medical industry clientele is advantageous
* Strong communication skills and client‐facing abilities
* Experience reviewing the work of others and training juniors – in person or with an outsourced team
