Business Support Officer Role
We seek a proactive professional who enjoys variety in their day to play a key role in maintaining our operations' smooth functioning.
* Provide administrative support across several key business functions, including human resources, fleet management, and accounting.
* Assist with onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and compliance requirements, and supporting general HR administration.
* Oversee vehicle registrations, insurances, and claims, servicing schedules, fuel cards, and driver documentation to ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and cost-effective.
* Support invoice processing in coordination with the finance team.
About You
Bring strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems, and a proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
