* Permanent, part‐time position.
* Six (6) hours per week to be worked every Saturday.
* Remuneration of $413.62 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $496.35 gross per fortnight superannuation (12%) based on part‐time hours of work.
* Penalty rates are applicable for weekend work.

Your New Role
This position is responsible for ensuring the provision of quality customer service to Library clients and assisting in the delivery of library programs to identified client groups.
Key responsibilities
* Provide high-level customer service to meet the needs of a diverse range of library patrons.
* Undertake circulation duties including processing library returns and memberships, issuing library resources, shelving and point of sale transactions.
* Assist and support customers with a range of information and technology needs.
* Promote and support customers in the use of the library's digital collections and services.
* Maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of literary genres, current authors, and age‐related reading materials.

* Demonstrated quality customer service delivery and relevant library experience.
* Knowledge of a wide range of genres, current authors, and age‐related reading materials.
* Demonstrated knowledge of, and proficiency in digital information and technology.
* Demonstrated passion for working in a team environment.
* Demonstrated communication and problem‐solving skills.
