We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support the Head of Human Resources and enhance employee experience across a large workforce.
This senior role will focus on managing HR activities, supporting leadership capability, and handling IR/ER matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
* Supporting leadership in developing strategic plans and enhancing organizational performance.
* Providing guidance on employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of HR experience, particularly in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
