About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our growing team in Cooroy on a part-time, temporary basis (up to 9 months). Working 3 days per week, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling a variety of duties from reception to liaising with IT.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys supporting a busy team, and is comfortable juggling multiple tasks. School hours can be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and General Administration:
•Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries
•Sort and distribute incoming mail
•Coordinate office supplies and maintain office equipment
•Schedule meetings and update company diary
•Manage uniform requests and ordering
•Maintain general records (e.g., invoices, printer readings, company phone book, and extension list)
•Provide general administrative support as required
IT Support and Liaison:
•Provide IT support for new starters, including setting up computers, email, and phones
•Liaise with our IT company for hardware purchases
•Log tickets with our IT company for technical support
•Update and maintain the IT Equipment Register
•Manage printer contracts and technical support
•Create and update internal phone extensions and manage internal phone apps
